These videos are designed to assist you before, during, and after meetings with our Customer Success team, so you can easily refresh your knowledge when needed.

Learn more about settings that can be applied to the company and apply to all properties.

Activate property and tenant information for all buildings, or do it per building within the property.

Set up the structure for your documentation, or use our standard setup. The documentation syncs to all properties, and here you can adjust fields as well as standard elements in the collection.

See the standard task types in the system. You can adjust the names or add other task types such as "wish list" or "HSE."

Set up custom tag types to categorize different tasks in the system. You will also get an overview of the standard tags in the system, and we recommend not having too many tags.

Customize notifications sent to different users and on various platforms. You can activate email notifications or deactivate certain alerts for suppliers, tenants, and/or landlords.
